Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of clomiphene combined Chinese medicine in the treatment of anovulatory infertility periodically, to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods110 patients with anovulatory infertility periodically, who were received and cured in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013, were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and experimental group according to the different treatment modality, with 55 cases in each group. To monitor and contrast the influence of different methods for medication on clinical effect, endometrial thickness, numbers of mature follicle, ovulation rate, and pregnancy rate and so on between control group which was only treated with clomiphene to induce ovulation, and experimental group which was treated combined with Chinese medicine based on clomiphene.Results To compare the clinical effect between experimental group and control group, with the total effective rate of 94.55% and 70.91% respectively, and which in experimental group was obviously better than which in control group, the difference was statically significant(P<0.05). According to the condition of ovulation and pregnancy, the endometrial thickness, the numbers of mature follicle, the ovulation rate, and the pregnancy rate in experimental group were all significantly higher than which in control group, the differences were statically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene combined Chinese medicine in the treatment of anovulatory infertility periodically has definite therapeutic effect with higher ovulation rate and pregnancy rate than simple ovulation stimulating drug, has higher clinical application value.关键词
