联合应用降压药和降脂药治疗高血压患者的临床疗效评价OA
Evaluation of clinical curative effect of hypotensor combined with lipid-lowering medicine in the treatment of patients with hypertension
目的：对降压药联合降脂药治疗高血压患者的临床疗效进行观察。方法选取2012年5月～2014年5月在我院就诊的250例高血压患者，按随机分组法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组，两组患者均使用常规降压药物门冬氨酸氨氯地平片，观察组在此基础上加用降脂药辛伐他汀片。对两组患者的血压、血脂及临床疗效进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为94.4%，对照组总有效率为84.8%，观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的血压…查看全部>>
