Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of low-dose treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps roxithromycin.Methods 116 caseswith chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected from April 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital for treatment,116 patients were divided into two groups according the random number table,there were 58 cases in the control group and observation group,the control group given sinusitis,the observation group were treated with small doses of roxithromycin on the basis of the control group,we comparative clinical efficacy,VAS symptom scores, nasal endoscopy score after treatment and before treatment of two groups.Results (1)The total effect rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),(2)VAS score and endoscopy scores of the observation group and the control group were lower than before treatment,there were significant difference between after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05);VAS score and endoscopy scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionLow-dose treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps roxithromycin efficacy, can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment and improve clinical symptoms, can be applied in clinical practice.关键词
