Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on compliance behavior and blood glucose control in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods85 elderly patients with diabetes from October 2013 to December 2014 in the department of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into observation group of 43 cases and control group of 42 cases. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention measures based on the control group. The compliance behavior and blood glucose control rate, and the quality of life scores of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).The compliance rate of blood glucose monitoring, diet control, drug treatment and exercise treatment of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionThe nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes can improve the compliance behavior and blood glucose control rate, improve the quality of life score, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
