Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the application of 64 slice spiral CT in diagnosis of bone and joint trauma.Methods134 cases of patients with trauma of bones and joints were selected in our hospital from March, 2014 to February, 2015. They were used by 64 slice spiral CT examination, and the use of 3D surface reconstruction for image processing, and X-ray plain film.Results The flat, axial images and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), volume rendering (VR) and surface cover (SSD) on all kinds of trauma of bone and joint total detection rate was 74.63% and 95.52%, 100% and 88.06%, 79.10% respectively, including MPR detection rate is higher than that of other examination methods (P<0.05), X-ray detection rate is the lowest; 64 slice spiral CT can clearly show the internal details of bones and joints, internal fracture line, bone fragments.Conclusion The 64 slice spiral CT has good diagnostic effect, can control the morphological changes of bone joint trauma, improve the quality of the image, and can help clinical treatment.关键词
