Abstract
Under the new norm, innovative talent training is the problem to be solved urgently in colleges and universities. Combined with the Jiangsu regional economic development characteristics, this paper constructs the talents practice teaching mode based on DIY, applies it to Yixing creative product development and marketing, and develops a new idea of cultivation of talents, providing a template for colleges and universities to explore ways of cultivating innovative talents.关键词
