Abstract
The third-party payment platform is an emerging product that goes with the arising of e-commerce transaction. It seems like a digital wallet carried by people and its rapid development draws attention of more and more people. However the development is not perfect in every aspect exactly because of its "youth". People begin to focus on the existing issues of legal risk, financial security, and insufficient regulation of the third-party payment platform. This article proposes government′s regulations and countermeasures depending on the supervision and man-agement of legal loophole and financing deposition of the third-party payment platform.关键词
