广西高职护理专业人才培养模式改革与实践探索——以广西科技大学医学院护理专业为例

Abstract
With the increasing social requirements for the nursing personnel, colleges and universities begin to reform talent training mod. Taking the nursing major of medicine department of Guangxi University of technology as an example, the paper, based on the analysis of the present situation of nursing professional personnel training, makes use of the resource advantage of comprehensive university to actively explore the talent training mode of "school-department cooperation" and "learning-working combination" for further educational reform and innovation and better quality of personnel training.关键词
