我国公立大学董事会治理结构研究述评
摘要
Abstract
Since 1990s, the governance structure of board of directors of the university has gradually become the focus of attention of the workers and researchers. Previous research mainly uses the methods of historical research, comparative study, case study and explores the nature, classification, orientation, function, organization structure, op-erating mechanism of the board of directors of public universities in China from the perspective of property rights theory, principal-agent theory, stakeholder theory, and network organization theory. A lot of achievements have been made but there are still some problems. In the future research, we should further expand the theoretical basis of the research, explore the content of the research, the comprehensively use a variety of research methods and strengthen the localization research of the theory to provide scientific guidance for improving the governance structure of board of directors in our public university.关键词
