The Protection and Inheritance of Shaanxi Colored Steamed Bread
摘要
Abstract
Shaanxi colored steamed bread is one of the most prominent intangible cultural heritages in Shaanxi and it shows the great historical significance. During the exploration process of its protection and development, we concluded that the colored steamed bread must be put on the market. Only this could lead to the establishment of an effective operating mechanism so that the traditional culture could be truly protected.关键词
