Abstract
Objective:To analyze the expression pattern and clinical significance of PBK /TOPK in cervical cancer.Methods:50 cases of low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ( CINI ) , 45 cases of cervical cancer and 40 cases of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia collected by pathology department during January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected ,and the expression of PBK/TOPK was detected by immunohistochemistry .The correlation between PBK/TOPK level and pathological characteristics were compared by statistical methods .Results: PBK/TOPK was expressed in 75.6% cervical cancer samples , much higher than that of 16.7%in non cervical cancer samples;the score of IS on CINI organizations was lower than that in the high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer ( P<0.05 ,P<0.01 ) ,and the score of IS in the high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was significantly lower than cervical cancer ( P<0.01 );the expression of PBK/TOPK and P53 in cervical cancer tissues were positively correlated by the non-parametric Spearman rank ( r=0.68 ,P=0.008 );the expression level of PBK/TOPK in cervical cancer significantly correlated with TNM stage,invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with age and differentiation (P>0.05). Conclusion:PBK/TOPK expression was correlated with cervical cancer ,and it may be served as a molecular marker for clinical tumor diagnose and theapy .关键词
