Abstract
Objective:To study the application value of MRCP in diagnosis of biliary tract diseases.Method:96 cases of patients with biliary tract disease were selected as the research object,magnetic resonance imaging and scanning of the bile duct(MRCP) was performed.The value of MRCP in diagnosis of biliary tract diseases was analyzed according to the results of the examination.Result:96 patients in this group,86 cases of biliary calculi and 4 cases for cholangitis stenosis,6 cases of malignant obstruction;83 patients with biliary stones of MRCP diagnosis,the accuracy rate was 96.51%;diagnosed 4 patients with cholangitic stenosis,the accuracy rate was 100%;5 patients of malignant obstruction,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 83.33%.Conclusion:MCRP diagnosis technology can accurately reflect the normal and abnormal conditions of the pancreatic duct,and can accurately judge the site and extent of bile and pancreatic duct obstruction,so it is with high application value in the clinical diagnosis of biliary tract diseases.关键词
