基于知识考古学的《临证指南医案》“肝阳”概念形成分析
Concept of liver yang in“A guide to clinical practice with medical record”based on archaeology of knowledge

Abstract
The concept of Liver Yang in Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An(A Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Record) relates to the Liver and the characteristics of liver diseases. The relationship between Liver Yang and the Liver is one which the Liver gives rise to Liver Yang;while that between Liver Yang and Liver Yin is one between substance and function. The concept of Liver Yang and its connection to other concepts originated from Neo-Confucianism’s“Uni-versality and Particularity”,“World diagram”,and“Oneness in Form and Function”.“Universality and Particulari-ty”determined that Liver Yang relates to the Liver and the characteristics of liver diseases;the World picture of Neo-Confucianism determined that Liver gives rise to Liver Yang;“Oneness in Form and Function”determined the rela-tionship between Liver Yang and Liver Yin as one between substance and function. As such,the concept of liver yang in Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An is originated from Neo-Confucianism. The clarifying of the formation of Liver Yang in Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An and resolving of issues surrounding the origin of said theory is of positive significance to the modern Liver Zang-Viscera Theory,the Visceral Picture Theory,and the structuring and construction of Chinese Med-icine Theory.关键词
