芒黄颗粒对糖尿病肾病大鼠的保护作用

摘要
Abstract
objective To explore the protective effects of mangiferin hydrastis granulein in rats with diabetes nephrop-athy mellitus. Methods By intraperitoneal injection of STZ and long-term high fat diet preparation in the rat model of diabetic nephropathy. To test the fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),blood lipid,creatinine (SCr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and 24 h urine micro protein content etc of rat serum. Results MHG can reduce the rats fasting glucose,fasting insulin levels and insulin resistance index significantly. It also can reduce the rats serum triglyceride,cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and free fatty acid content conspicuously. In addition, MHG can decrease significantly to the model rats SCr,BUN,urinary trace protein content. Conclusion Mangiferin hydrastis granulein can protect the diabetic nephropathy rats.关键词
