针灸疗法对压力性尿失禁的研究
Acupuncture therapy on stress urinary incontinence
摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese Medicine holds that,the occurrence of stress urinary incontinence is closely related to the function of lung,spleen,stomach,heart,liver,kidney and Sanjiao. The disease located in urinary bladder and it is more due to kidney qi deficiency,the yuan is not solid or deficiency of qi and blood,dysfunction of urinary blad-der,or damp - hot accumulating in urinary bladder,etc. Acupuncture has the function of dredging meridians and reg-ulating yin and yang. The method of treating stress urinary incontinence mainly includes acupuncture needle,elec-troacupuncture,point injection and acupuncture and acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training,etc. And it is mainly through its effect in regulating micturition center to work. The future research direction of acupunc-ture treatment of the disease is to increase the dialectical classification,unified curative effect standard,and use the multicenter,large sample,randomized controlled and reasonable design of clinical trials to enhance persuasion of the acupuncture treatment of this disease.关键词
