当归芍药散治疗黄褐斑
Treatment of cloasma with Dangguishaoyaosan
摘要
Abstract
objective To observe the clinical effect of dangguishaoyaosan in treating cloasma. Methods According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,84 cases of patients with cloasma are randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with each group of 42 cases. The treatment group is treated with dangguishaoyaosan,and the control group is treated with reduced glutathione tablets. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 85. 37% , and the total effective rate of the control group is 72. 50% . The comparison of the two groups has statistical signifi-cance,P < 0. 05. Conclusion Treating cloasma with dangguishaoyaosan can sooth liver and strenghthen spleen,acti-vate blood circulation to dissipate stasis,and invigorate the spleen to damp elimination,and improve the clinical effect.关键词
