中医护理干预对肛肠疾病术后便秘的影响
TCM nursing intervention for anorectal diseases after operation constipation
摘要
Abstract
objective To explore the nursing intervention for anorectal diseases after operation clinical observation of the effect of constipation. Methods Anorectal surgery were treated in our hospital in 100 cases,using random num-ber tables were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in the control group,received routine medical care after surgery;50 patients in the experimental group,in routine care of postoperative nursing of traditional Chinese medicine based on intervention. Both groups were for a course of 10 days,nursing 2 courses. Nursing after the detec-tion efficacy of TCM nursing intervention,comparison and nursing of postoperative patients with constipation symptoms before and after improving the situation. Results After nursing comparison of efficacy between two groups showed two groups of patients of constipation symptoms are improved,total effective rate of 84% in the control group,experi-mental group,the total effective rate of 92% ,total effective rate in the experimental group than in the control group, the two groups was significantly different results,(P < 0. 05);After nursing constipation scores in both groups showed symptom scores were improved in both groups,significantly higher than the control group and experimental group im-proved circumstances,results in two groups were significantly different,there was statistical significance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing interventions through the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine against constipation caused by different treatment of different syndromes can significantly ease symptoms,ef-fective treatment of anorectal diseases after operation of constipation and clinical significance.关键词
