Abstract
objective To explore the clinical characteristics and diagnostic criteria of atopic dermatitis. Methods The 638 cases with atopic dermatitis(AD),were selected as the research object. All patients were diagnosed in ac-cordance with relevant HR. The coincidence rates of Contin standards of all patients were computed. Genetic allergic condition,accompany symptoms,eosinophilic granulocyte and serum IgE of the patients were observed. Results The 618 patients accord Contin standards in the 638 AD patients by HR diagnosed, and the total coincidence rate was 96. 87% ,the coincidence rate increased as the growth of the age. In the aspect of allergy,personal allergic history was increased with the increasing age,family allergic history increased significantly for patients over the age of 12. In the aspect of clinical symptoms,xeroderma,palmprint disease and facial dermatitis had the highest proportion;ecze-ma of nipple,cheilitis,infraorbital fold,pityriasis Alba had a lower proportion. All ages of the patients with eosino-phils and IgE average were higher than normal. Conclusion Contin standard diagnostic criteria for atopic dermatitis are reasonable and practical.关键词
