代谢综合征中医证型与检验指标相关性研究进展
Research progress about relationship between traditional Chinese medicine distinction of MS and lab examinations
摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the occurrence of metabolic syndrome(MS)is closely related to congenital weakness,emotional disturbance,improper diet and physique difference. The basic pathogenesis is principal deficiency and secondary excess. Different patients have different pathogeneses during different periods of MS. Principal deficiency includes insufficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang and so on,while secondary excess involves qi stagnation,dampness stagnation ,phlegm turbidity and blood stasis and so on. TCM can classify MS into four dis-tinctions which include qi and dampness stagnation,accumulation of sputum and blood,deficiency of qi and yin,qi deficiency of spleen and kidney. This thesis reveals the level relationship between TCM distinctions of MS and usual clinical lab examinations,and clarifies its variation within modern medicine usual examinations,which can offer pos-sible and objective factors for determining various kinds of clinical manifestations,and offer predicted index for pa-tients in the early stage of MS,as well as provide a new idea and method for treatment.关键词
