中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎机制的实验研究进展
Mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on ankylosing spondylitis
摘要
Abstract
Ankylosing spondylitis(AS),mainly on governor meridian,urinary bladder meridian and kidney channel;Kidney deficiency is the fundamental cause of AS,wind,cold and humidity are important causes of the disease, phlegm and blood stasis are the key pathogenesis. Nourishing the liver and kidney,removing the cold、dampness、phlegm and stasis,promoting blood circulation and detoxication are the main methods in treating the disease. The mechanism is related to anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects and immunosuppression. Present experimental results indicate that Chinese medicine can effectively relieve symptoms of AS and regulate related biological index. There-fore,summarize the experimental research will provide a wide idea to further explore the mechanism of traditional Chi-nese medicine in treating AS.关键词
