Abstract
The development of university teachers must be consistent with the orientation of the university. With the transformational development of local colleges and universities, the new requirements are imposed on the devel?opment of the teachers. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of university teachers in the current construction of applied undergraduate higher education institutions, puts forward the ideas to promote the development of teachers in colleges and universities, and introduces the practice of promoting the development of the teachers in Hezhou University.关键词
