HPLC-DAD法同时测定龙胆泻肝丸中3种主要活性成分的含量
Simultaneuos determination of three main component in Longdan Xiegan pills by HPLC-DAD
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of gentiopicroside,berberine and baica-lin in Longdan Xiegan pills. Methods HPLC-DAD method was employed to determine three active ingredients in Longdan Xiegan pills simultaneously. Using PLATISILTM ODS (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column with methanol (A)-0. 1% phosphoric acid(B) gradient:0~5 min 70%(B),5~45 min 70% ~20%,a flow rate of 1 mL/min,detec-tion wavelength was 280 nm for gentiopicroside and baicalin,while 240 nm for geniposide,and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The results showed that the linear range of gentiopicroside, geniposide and baicalin was 0. 112~2. 016 μg(r=1. 000 0),0. 007 6~0. 136 8 μg(r=0. 999 8),0. 294~5. 292 μg(r=0. 999 7) respectively and the peak area with the range appeared a good linear relationship,The average recoveries (n=6) were 100. 5%, 99. 9% and 104. 5%. Conclusion The method is accurate,simple,reproducibility and stability,which avaliable for quality control of Longdan Xiegan pills.关键词
