有机锡配合物抗癌活性的研究
Study on antitumour activity of organotin carboxylate [ ( Ph ) 3 Sn ( Ph2 CONHCOO) ]
摘要
Abstract
Objective To synthesize an organotin carboxylate and observe its antitumour activity. Methods Com-plex One was synthesized by Ph2 CONHCOOH and Ph3 SnOH,and its antitumour effect against MCF-7 was tested by MTT. Results The MTT results showed that complex one in micro-dose possessed high antitumour activity against MCF-7. Conclusion The complex one has the potential to be anti-cancer drug.关键词
