双氢青蒿素抗恶性脑胶质瘤作用的研究
Study on the anti-malignant glioma effects of dihydroartemisinin
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of dihydroartemisinin on the growth of malignant glioma U87 cells. Meth-ods Human malignant glioma U87 cells were cultured,the inhibition of U87 cells was detected by MTT assay after dihydroartemisinin treatments,and the density of U87 cells was observed by inverted microscope. Results 0. 05, 0. 5,5 and 50μmol/L dihydroartemisinin markedly inhibited the growth of U87 cells,the density of cells deceased ob-viously. Conclusion Dihydroartemisinin can inhibit the proliferation of glioma cells.关键词
