不同浓度五味子乙素对U87胶质瘤细胞的凋亡作用
Effects of different concentrations Schisandrin B on apoptosis of U87 glioma cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the apoptosis-inducing effects of different concentrations Schisandrin B( Sch B) on U87 glioma cells. Methods U87 glioma cells were treated with 0,50,100,200 mg/L Sch B by 24,48,72 h. MTT assay was used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of Sch B on the glioma cells. Results With the increasing concentra-tion and treating time of the drug,the effect of inducing apoptosis on the glioma cells was more obviouse. When the cells were treated with 100 mg/L,200 mg/L Sch B and time above 24 h,apoptosis cells were detected. Conclusion High concentration of Sch B can induce the apoptosis on U87 glioma cell in time and dose-dependent manner.关键词
