摘要
Abstract
The Rac GTPases are a group of key molecules for cellular signaling transduc-tion. Both pre-TCR and TCR signals can activate Rac proteins, which regulate kinases activation, cytoskeletal reorganization, and thereby control a wide range of biological processes such as the de-velopment, activation, proliferation, migration and function of T cells. However, the exact role of Rac proteins in T cells still remains unknown. Here, we summarize the effects of Rac proteins on T cell functions in an attempt to provide new clues for the therapy of clinical diseases.关键词
