摘要
Abstract
The next-generation sequencing technology has been widely used in gene researches nowadays. It has almost replaced the traditional sequencing methods, and plays an important role in the research of a variety of complex diseases, including breast cancer. The next-generation sequen-cing technology has the advantages of high speed, ability to detect long sequence, high throughput and high accuracy. It has been widely used in studies of breast cancer and made great contributions by using DNA sequence analysis and risk prediction.关键词
