Abstract
Objective To analyze the positive rates of anti-neutrophil cytoplastic antibody(ANCA) and anticardiolipin antibody ( ACA) in different neurological diseases and its clinical significance so as to provide the scientific basis for the prevention,early diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases.Methods Two hundred and seventy-five patients with different neurological diseases were enrolled in the study,including cerebral apoplexy(n=165),cerebral vasculitis(n=53),peripheral neuropathy(n=21),demyelinating disease (n=26) and motor neuron disease(n=10).And the patients with stroke were divided into youth cerebral apoplexy group(n=51) and middle-aged and elderly cerebral apoplexy group( n=114) .The positive rates of ANCA and ACA were compared among the patients with different neurological diseases.Results The positive rate of ANCA in the cerebral apoplexy group or cerebral vasculitis group was higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),but the positive rate of ANCA showed no significant difference between cerebral apoplexy group and cerebral vasculitis group(P>0.05).The positive rate of ACA in the cerebral apoplexy group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The positive rates of ANCA and ACA(50.9% and 35.3%,respectively) in the youth cerebral apoplexy group were higher than those in the middle-aged and elderly cerebral apoplexy group(32.5% and 17.5%,respectively)(P<0.05).Conclusion ANCA and ACA are closely related with cerebral apoplexy,and the positive rates of these two antibodies in young patients with cerebral apoplexy are higher than the rates in middle-aged and elderly patients.关键词
