摘要
Abstract
High-power density and decreasing the turn-off loss in PCS is realized by a bidirectional DC/DC converter designed in discontinued conducting mode (DCM). The DCM associated voltage and current ripples can be alleviated by multiphase interleaved operation. To decrease the turn-off loss, soft-switching characteristics is achieved by analyzing to the controlled soft-switching technology without any additional semiconductor devices. Finally, the design formulas for the dead-time, the capacitance and the inductance, etc to realize soft-switching are deduced. The validation of theoretical analysis is verified by the experimental results.关键词
