Amino-functionalized Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles Interacting with pDNA
摘要
Abstract
This work evaluated the adsorption and protection capacities of amino-functionalized mesoporous silica nanoparticles (Am-MSNs)for pDNA (PEGFP-N3).The in vitro biocompatibilities of Am-MSNs to A549 and Hela cells were also tested,respectively.The results reveal that the Am-MSNs exhibit good adsorption capacity for PEGFP-N3.Moreover,the material can also protect PEGFP-N3 from enzymatic degradation completely.In addition,the sample presents high in vitro biocompatibilities to HeLa and A549 cells.关键词
