Research Overview of Acute Toxic Effects of Benzene and Phenols Organic Compounds on Zebrafish
该文综述了苯类、酚类有机物对斑马鱼成鱼及胚胎单一毒性、联合毒性等方面的研究进展。总结了不同有机污染物对斑马鱼成鱼及胚胎的急性毒性效应，从而比较不同有机物的毒性高低，同时就目前斑马鱼在水环境污染评价、水质综合毒性测定方面的应用进行了介绍和展望。研究苯类、酚类有机物对斑马鱼的急性毒性作用将对开展水环境中突发有机污染的早期预警及水环境安全评估具有重要意义。
Research progress of benzene,phenols single toxicity and joint toxicity on zebrafish and zebrafish embryos were reviewed. The acute toxic effects of different organic pollutants on zebrafish and embryos were summarized. And the toxicity of different organisms was compared,while applications of zebrafish in water pollution assessment and water quality comprehensive toxicity measurements were presented and discussed.
