三级甲等综合医院不同编制护士工作满意度与离职意愿的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of job satisfaction and turnover intention of different level of nurses in third grade A compre-hensive hospital

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the status quo of job satisfaction and turnover intention of different level of nurses in third grade A comprehensive hospital,so as to probe into the correlation and countermeasures.Meth-ods:A total of 300 registered nurses received the anonymous questionnaire on job satisfaction status quo and turnover intention in three third grade A comprehensive hospital in chengdu,nanchong and Chongqing by using the status quo survey.Results:enrolled nurse and un enrolled nurses’job satisfaction score was (3.65±0.57) and (3.39±0.58)respectively,the total job satisfaction score of enrolled nurses was higher than that of un en-rolled nurses,and there was statistically significant difference (P <0.05);the total turnover intention score of enrolled nurses and un enrolled nurses was (13.25±3.32)and (1 9.89±3.66)respectively,and there was sta-tistically significant difference (P <0.05).The turnover reason score from high to low in turn were less month-ly income and unsatisfying personnel system.The turnover intention was negatively correlated with all dimen-sions of job satisfaction in enrolled nurses and un enrolled nurses.Conclusion:most un enrolled nurses had lower job satisfaction and strong turnover intention.It suggested that the hospital and the related managers should improve the wages and personnel system,which had important practical significance to improve the nur-ses’job satisfaction,reduce the nurses’turnover intention and strengthen the construction of nursing team.关键词
