摘要
Abstract
Objective Through the retrospective analysis of 2007 - 2014 in the coagulation test EQA (EQA) results ,summarized and analyzed the reason of losing control in the EQA and control experience ,in order to improve the inspection quality .Methods Statistical analysis of the results of the quality assessment of the chamber was con‐ducted by using the ability of comparative test (PT ) and bias .Results The coagulation rate is 1 .25% PT project out of control ,the INR control rate was 2 .50% ,APTT and Fbg control rate was 0% ;all PT scores were more than 80% ,summary of results are satisfactory ;in addition to control data ,the project quality assessment results of each bi‐as were less than the standard 1/2 evaluation .Conclusion To strengthen personnel training ,improve the level of in‐spection personnel ;good equipment maintenance and maintenance ,timely understanding of the operation state of the instrument and reagent quality ,timely on the external quality assessment results were analyzed ,to ensure the inspec‐tion quality .关键词
