摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the determination of Golgi protein in serum (GP73) on the clinical significance of quantitative diagnosis of liver cancer .Methods The content of GP73 using the method of double antibody sand‐wich ELISA method for quantitative determination of liver cancer detection ,treatment ,recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma group ,benign liver diseases ,other malignant tumors ,clinical chemistry luminescence determination of alpha fetoprotein (AFP) as reference .Results liver cell carcinoma group ,benign liver disease group ,other gastrointestinal malignant tumor group and control group had statistical significance in serum GP73 concentration ,and concentration of hepatocellular carcinoma group was higher than that in benign liver diseases ,other malignant tumor group and the control group (P< 0 .01) ;single detection GP73 sensitivity and specificity 71 .3% and 85 .5% ,AFP sensitivity and specificity were 46 .2% and 80 .3% ,the combined detection of GP73 and AFP sensitivity and specificity were 83 .2%and 78 .4% ;primary liver cancer before treatment was significantly higher than that of GP73 concentration after treatment (P= 0 .001) .Conclusion GP73 has better diagnostic performance for primary liver cancer ,can be used as an independent index for malignant liver disease and AFP complementary to clinical application .关键词
