Abstract
Objective To evaluate the microbiological diagnosis of 30 patients with pulmonary aspergillus in‐fection in our process ,analysis and clinical diagnosis of consistency .Methods In our hospital between January 2010 and March 2010 hospital treatment of 30 cases of sputum cultivation or pulmonary bronchial lavage times for asper‐gillus ,the clinical imaging characteristics and other clinical indications ,reference to invasive pulmonary fungus infec‐tion (IFD) diagnostic criteria and treatment principle (draft)[1] and the ATS (ATS) [2] related guidelines ,diagnosed or treated with antifungal effective 30 patients with pulmonary aspergillus infection were retrospectively analyzed ,mi‐crobiological diagnosis process and consistency and clinical diagnosis .Results Conclusion The incidence of aspergil‐lus microbial results consistent with the results of clinical diagnosis .Pulmonary aspergillus infection has been develo‐ping rapidly ,and relatively high case fatality rate of early when there is no clear indications and clinical diagnosis ,spu‐tum culture and sputum smear positive results of aspergillus can indicate direction to the diagnosis ,accurate and time‐ly diagnosis can promote the success rate of the clinical treatment to improve the patient′s satisfaction ,promote the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary aspergillosis .关键词
