Abstract
Objective To detect the function of matrix metallo proteinases(MMPs) and tissue inhibitor of ma‐trix metallo proteinases(TIMPs) in the pathogenesis of renal interstitial fibrosis by testing their contents in patients with kidney disease .Methods Choose different cases of kidney disease patients as the research object ,using ELISA method for the determination of serum concentrations of MMP‐9 and TIM P‐1 and TIMP‐1 in the urine concentra‐tion .Results The result of serum levels of MMP‐9 was the highest in the diabetic nephropathy group ,renal failure cases were high ,but different disease stage renal failure cases have no obvious difference ,but all group of kidney pa‐tients using analysis of variance with significant difference (P< 0 .05) ;Results of serum TIMP‐1 according to the de‐gree of renal failure is on the rise ,as the highest in CRF Ⅳ group .Using analysis of variance had significant differ‐ences (P< 0 .01) ;Results of MMP‐9/TIMP‐1 with the degree of renal failure was on the decline ,as the highest in CRF Ⅳ group .Using analysis of variance had significant differences (P< 0 .01) .Conclusion By detecting the serum concentration of MM P‐9 and TIMP‐1 ,and the concentration of TIMP‐1nin urine can better analyze the reasons for the formation of renal interstitial fibrosis .关键词
