下肢静脉曲张泡沫硬化剂治疗的超声引导与疗效评价
The effect of ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy on phlebectasis of lower extremities

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of ultrasound‐guided foam sclerotherapy on phlebectasis of lower extremities .Methods 110 cases phlebectasis of lower extremities ,which were treated in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2014 ,were selected as the research objectives and divided into two groups ,the control group and the observation group .The conventional high ligation method was used to treat patients (38 cases) in the control group and the ultrasound‐guided foam sclerotherapy was used to treat the patients (72 cases) in the observation group .Compare the patients in two groups about the cure rate ,the incidence of complications and postoperative re‐covery rate .Then evaluate the clinical efficacy of the ultrasound‐guided foam sclerotherapy on phlebectasis of lower extremities .Results 59 cases (81 .94% ) patients were treated successfully in the observation group .It was signifi‐cantly higher than that in the control group ,where 27 cases (71 .05% ) patients were treated successfully .The cure rate of two groups were both 100% .But the incidence of complications and postoperative recovery rate of the obser‐vation group were both obviously lower than that of the control group .The difference was significantly .So it had sta‐tistical significance(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion There were many advantages of the ultrasound‐guided foam sclerotherapy on phlebectasis of lower extremities .For example ,small trauma ,less pain ,safe ,effective and repeatable ,and so on .It can increase the cure rate ,decrease the incidence of complications and postoperative recovery rate .It is a much more mini‐invasive therapy ,which deserves to be used in clinical widely .关键词
