Dynamic Research of Scientific and Technological Output in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region
摘要
Abstract
As one of the most important regions of "One Belt and One Road", it is more and more important to enhance the guiding and promoting function of science and technology to regional economic development for Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. Science and technology output is a significant index for evaluating the ca-pability of regional development and innovation. In this paper, we analyze the dynamic changes in the amount of patents, scientific and technological achievements, and scientific articles between 2001 and 2013 in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, and discuss the relationship between scientific and technological output and econom-ic development. We also compare the output of Xinjiang with that of China. Finally, we put forward some strate-gies for the development of scientific and technological innovation in Xinjiang.关键词
