为加强雷达装备实战化教学，根据实战化训练要求及多年雷达装备教学经历及现状，从教学思路、教学平台、教学团队三个方面，提出了科学地抓好实战化教学、构建高效的实战化教学平台、建立一流的装备教员队伍等方面的具体意见和有效措施，这对于推进和加强雷达装备实战化教学具有重要的意义。
