预选士官教育培训中五种心理效应分析
Analysis of five psychological effects in pre-selected sergeant education and training

Abstract
Pre-selected sergeants have usually poor leaning foundation and possess generally, the psychologi-cal effects of no confidence and no adaptation to the academies’leaning and training. It is pointed out that the teachers should combine the cadets’psychological features and apply correctly the psychological effects to lead-ing the cadets and promoting their training results as well. On the basis of analyzing the pre-selected sergeants’ psychological states, this article analyzes also how teachers apply those five common psychological effects to solv-ing those psychological problems existed in their training, which achieves the better results in the practice applica-tion of the pre-selected sergeants’training.关键词
