Abstract
Talent cultivation objective of vocational colleges is to train well-qualified and skilled special talents with practical service skills as well as management innovation ability. Hotel Service and Management Skill Competition for Vocational College should be designed for testing these abilities. In this essay, the author analyzes the imperfections in Hotel Service and Management Skill Competition for Vocational Colleges and designs better rules for Chinese Banquet Contest in order to improve the quality of Hotel Service and Management Skill Competition for Vocational Colleges.关键词
