蒙药查格德日丸对偏头痛大鼠脑和血中NO和NOS的影响
Effects of Chagederi Pills on NO and NOS in Plasma and Brain of Rats with Migraine
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of Chagederi pills on NO and NOS in plasma and brain of rats with mi-graine. Methods:The migraine model was induced with the SD rats by subcutaneous injection of nitroglycerin. After the model induced for 30min, the experimental group was given Chagederi pills by lavage administration;the blank group and the model group were given the equal volume of distilled water. After administration 4h, the levels of NO and NOS in rats brain and blood were detected by spectral method. Results:The NO and NOS content in migraine rats' plasma and brain in middle dose and high dose Chagederi pills groups were decreased. Conclusion:Chagederi pills play a role in the treatment of migraine possibly by reducing the content of NO and NOS in brain and blood.关键词
