分光光度法测定蒺藜中总黄酮含量
Determination of Total Flavonids in Caltrop by Spectrophotometry
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of total flavonoids extracted from caltrop by spectrophometry.Meth-ods:The extraction temperature was controlled at 72℃, the extraction time was 180min, the ethanol concentration was 57%, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20, extracted 2 times through reflux impregnation extraction method, and the flavonoids content was determined by colorimetric method. Results: The yield rate of total flavonoids from caltrop was 4.46%, the average recovery was 98.56%. Conclusion:Using reflux extraction method continuously can extract total flavonoids from caltrop faster, and the yield is relatively high.关键词
