黄河下游典型滩区滞洪沉沙模式设计与分析
Analysis of the Scheme of Controlling Flood Retarding and Sediments in Floodplain Area in Lower Yellow River

Abstract
This study analyzed the construction standards and the utilizing mode of protective dams in flood retarding and sediment area by dividing the floodplain into several areas, so as to mitigate the adverse effects from channel shrinkage and suspended river.The results show that the flood control standard above Dongbatou section should be 8 000 m3/s, while in the downstream reaches the standard should be 6 000 m3/s;the flood retarding and sediment area where is not in the major floodplain of the lower Yellow River are divided into 20 sub-areas, occupying around 64.59% of the total floodplain area and 84.13% of the population; the principles of "from upstream reaches to the downstream;the minimum quantity with the minimum loss" should be applied to the operation of flood control area.This study also analyzed the merits of sub-area management in flood retarding and sediment area.关键词
