摘要

Abstract

Superconducting Quantum Interference Devices(SQUID) is now known to be the most sensitive magnetic sensor. It can be used in biological magnetic measurement, non-destructive testing and magnetic geophysical prospecting. Traditionally, SQUID works in zero magnetic flux loop lock tracking status and it is with very high sensitivity but with the limited measurement range so as not to work in a field with movement type. To make up the shortcoming, this paper took Radio Frequency(RF) SQUID to count the magnetic flux quantum. This method used the spectral matching technique to verify and confirm the counting status in order to compensate for the lack of status identification that was solely relying on one or two harmonic amplitude to improve the accuracy of count and to expand the application of SQUID in the wild. which provides the research foundation for an high temperature superconducting magnetometer.
