Information Recording Requirements and Example Verification for Aquatic Products Traceability System of China
摘要
Abstract
Based on the international standards on traceability, this paper regulates the information recording requirements of aquatic products traceability system of China from the perspective of traceability information standardization. By referring to and introducing new traceability terms and definitions, this paper studies the divided dimension of traceability information. It also proposes the method and framework of aquatic products traceability system from the operability perspective according to the characteristics of the aquatic industry. Finally, through a traceability case, it verifies the applicability of the standard on the information recording of aquatic products traceability.关键词
