完善中国食品安全保障体系的思考--基于美国食品安全监管体系的经验探析OA
On the Improvement of Chinese Food Safety Regulatory System --Based on the Analysis of U.S. Food Safety Regulatory System
食品安全问题是世界各国政府面临的一大社会问题，食品安全与否反映出一个国家的社会法制环境是否健康运行。近年来，我国食品安全事故屡屡发生，引起了全世界的关注，如何确保老百姓的生活安全，如何保证中国食品出口在世界上的信誉，已成为中国政府管理的一项重要任务。而美国在食品安全监督体制方面积累了丰富的经验，已经建立了较为完整的“从田头到餐桌”的食品安全保障体系，值得我国食品安全立法工作借鉴。
Food safety is a big social issue across the world, which reflects the social and legal environment of a country.
