国外质量发展立法现状及对我国的启示
Legislation of Quality Development in Foreign Countries and Its Inspiration
摘要
Abstract
Legislation is an important foundation for China to promote quality development in all aspects. This paper studies the unique legislation and policies in the area of quality in other countries, such as the United States, Japan and two emerging economies including Brazil and Russia. Based on these countries’ experiences, this paper not only puts forward legislation scope of quality development, but also raises some suggestions on legislation with respect to data collection and application, consumer education, incentive measure, social agents actions, etc.关键词
