方氏头针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fangshi scalp acupuncture for treating nerve root type of cervical spondy-losis.Methods:Sixty cases with celvical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups———a treatment group 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group received Fangshi scalp acupuncture and the control group with con-ventional electroacupuncture method.Both groups were performed one time /day,5 times/week.Two week as a course,and a re-view of case was given after every two courses.The treatment lasted for a month.To observe the clinical efficacy,pain index (PRI),visual analogue pain score (VAS),and pain condition (PPI)of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group without statistical difference(P >0.05).However,treatment dura-tion of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group with a significant difference(P <0.01 ).In addition,the treatment group performed better than the control group in the aspects of PRI feeling points,PRI emotion points PRI score,VAS, and PPI.Conclusion:Fangshi scalp acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on celvical spondylotic radiculopathy.关键词
