Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of remote nursing intervention for discharged stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods:A total of 80 stroke patients with dysphagia who received the home nasal feeding were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,40 cases in each.The patients in control group re-ceived routine nursing care.The patients in intervention group received the remote nursing intervention by tele-phone,mail and QQ styles on the basis of routine nursing follow up.The quality of life,the incidence of com-plications of nasal feeding and improvement of swallowing function were compared between both groups.Re-sults:The quality of life score of patients in both groups were improved after 6 months.And the improvement range in intervention group was more obvious than that in control group.The incidence of complication of nasal feeding in intervention group was lower than that in control group.The improvement of swallowing function in intervention group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Remote nursing intervention could effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with dys-phagia after stroke,improve the patients’swallowing function and their quality of life.关键词
